Sneaker Proxies Matched to the Retailer, Not the Hype

Sneaker proxies only work when the type fits the target. CatProxies runs dedicated ISP proxies for queues and Footsites, residential for Nike SNKRS, and mobile for the hardest drops. Datacenter IPs get flagged on sight, so we will tell you when to skip them.

  • Dedicated ISP IPs for checkout and queues
  • Residential IPs for Nike SNKRS and Adidas
  • Mobile carrier IPs for the hardest drops
  • Sticky sessions that hold the full draw window

The Defenses

What Do Sneaker Sites Check Before Checkout?

Sneaker retailers run commercial anti-bot systems that score the IP, the session, and the client before any order is accepted. The proxy decides most of that score before your bot sends its first request.

Akamai Bot Manager

Protects Nike SNKRS and Adidas Confirmed. It scores IP reputation and request behavior together, and ranges it has flagged stay flagged across future drops.

PerimeterX

Runs on Footlocker and the Footsites. It pairs device fingerprinting with IP scoring, and its blocks persist across sessions on the same IP.

Kasada

Challenges the client before any content loads. A low-trust IP fails the exchange without ever reaching the product page.

DataDome

Scores every request in real time against known proxy and datacenter signatures. Common on hyped ecommerce storefronts.

Cloudflare and Queue-it

Guard Shopify stores and YeezySupply. Queue-it binds your place in line to the session. Losing the IP loses the place.

IP reputation scoring

Retailers consult fraud databases such as IPQS and Scamalytics. An IP with a history of abuse fails before checkout begins.

Datacenter range detection

Nike SNKRS blocks known datacenter IP ranges outright. Ownership records make commercial hosting ranges trivial to list.

Session persistence

Queue systems tie the queue token to one session. An IP change mid-queue reads as a new visitor and resets your position.

The Ladder

Which Sneaker Sites Are Hardest to Cop?

Nike SNKRS is the hardest target and Shopify stores are the most forgiving. Each tier lists the defense in place and the proxy type that clears it.

Dedicated ISPMobile

Datacenter ranges are blocked outright, so these drops demand the cleanest IPs available. Fresh dedicated ISP IPs carry consumer-carrier trust at speed, and mobile carrier IPs hold the highest trust of all for the most contested releases.

The bar is lower on soft Shopify stores. Standard ISP proxies give clean static IPs that hold a checkout without paying for a dedicated pool.

The Lineup

The Best Sneaker Proxies by Role

Run dedicated ISP proxies for checkout and queues, residential for Nike SNKRS and the hardest targets, and mobile as the escalation tier. Most serious setups run two of the three.

Dedicated ISP Proxies

From

$5/IP

Fresh, private static IPs on tier-1 US carriers such as AT&T, Spectrum, Charter, Windstream, and Frontier, with coverage in roughly 10 countries including the UK, Canada, Germany, and Japan. Plans are optimised per sneaker site and Footsite, so the IP is matched to the target rather than sold as a generic pool. A 24-hour replacement guarantee covers guaranteed sites, and the IP stays static for 30 days with an extend option.

Residential Proxies

From

$2.5/GB

A rotating pool across 196 countries with city-level targeting and both rotating and sticky sessions. Real home IPs are the standard pick for the hardest targets: Nike SNKRS, Adidas Confirmed, and YeezySupply. Sticky sessions hold one IP through a full draw entry window. Side by Side

Dedicated ISP vs Residential vs Mobile for Sneakers

ISP proxies for sneakers pair residential-level trust with server speed, residential wins on the hardest targets, and mobile carries the highest trust of all. If you want the underlying trade-off, ISP versus residential proxies breaks it down in depth.

Know the Format

How Does the Nike SNKRS Draw Work?

SNKRS releases run in three formats, and every format binds your entry to one session. Nike SNKRS proxies must hold the same IP for the whole entry window, or the entry is lost. Locking one IP in place is what sticky versus rotating sessions is all about.

FLOW

First come, first served

Stock sells in the order requests arrive. FLOW drops are now rare, and when they run, latency decides them. This is the one SNKRS format where the speed of a dedicated ISP proxy competes with the trust of a residential IP.

LEO

Let Everyone Order

Entries open for roughly 2 to 3 minutes, then winners are drawn from the queue at random. More clean entries mean more draws, not faster ones. Run one residential IP per entry, held sticky through the window.

DAN

Draw

The entry window runs 10 to 15 minutes and results are announced later. The session that entered must survive the entire window. Set sticky sessions to at least 20 minutes so the IP cannot rotate mid-entry.

The rule across all three formats: the IP that starts the entry must finish it. A rotation mid-window reads as a new visitor and costs you the place.

Loadout Math

How Many Sneaker Proxies Do You Need?

One proxy per checkout task, plus 10 to 20 percent spare for retries. 100 tasks needs roughly 100 to 120 proxies.

Checkout task Spare
5 tasks
6 IPs
10 tasks
12 IPs
25 tasks
30 IPs
50 tasks
60 IPs

Retry a failed task on a spare, never on the IP that just failed. Keep monitors on their own IPs so a flagged monitor never takes a checkout task down with it.

Drop Day

The Drop Day Runbook

Test the pool a day out, stage it early, and change nothing once the queue opens. This checklist is the whole discipline.

T-24H

Test and filter

  • Run every proxy against the target region. Remove slow IPs from the checkout pool.
  • Confirm each IP resolves to the store country. Prefer New York, Virginia, or Chicago for US drops.
  • Split the list. Monitors on their own IPs, checkout tasks on the clean pool.
T-60

Stage the pool

  • Assign one IP per task and load credentials in ip:port:user:pass format.
  • Set sticky length to the format. At least 20 minutes for SNKRS draws, 5 to 10 minutes for Footsites.
  • Check that billing profiles and account regions match the IP country.
T-10

Warm the sessions

  • Enter waiting rooms and queues as soon as they open.
  • Keep every session active. Idle sessions can be dropped from a queue.
  • Hold spare IPs unassigned and ready.
T-0

The drop

  • Do not change any IP mid-queue for any reason.
  • Move failed tasks to spares instead of retrying on a flagged IP.
  • Leave monitors running on their own pool for restocks and second waves.
Works With Your Bot

Proxies for Sneaker Bots, in the Format Bots Expect

Every plan exports standard ip:port:user:pass credentials over HTTP and SOCKS5, which is the format sneaker bots import directly. Dedicated ISP plans add UDP support.

Straight Answers

What Actually Decides a Drop?

Six inputs decide a drop and proxies are exactly one of them. We sell the proxy layer, so here is what the other five still demand.

Luck

SNKRS and Confirmed draws are randomized. A clean setup buys more valid entries, never a guaranteed pair.

Bot quality

Anti-bot vendors fingerprint the client itself. An outdated bot fails on residential and mobile IPs alike.

Accounts

Account age, purchase history, and past flags are scored separately from the IP. A burned account fails on a perfect IP.

Payment profiles

Reused cards and mismatched billing regions trip fraud checks after the IP has already passed.

Proxies

The layer we sell

Clean IPs decide whether entries count and whether checkout holds. Match the proxy type to the target and this stops being the reason a drop slips away.

Server and latency

On FLOW drops and Supreme, milliseconds matter. A server near the store region beats a home connection.

Anyone promising a copped pair is selling a story. We sell one layer of the stack and keep it the cleanest one.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Can't find an answer? Contact our team

Sneaker proxies are IP addresses used to run multiple checkout tasks on sneaker retailers without every task sharing one identity. Retailers limit purchases per IP and score IP reputation, so each task needs its own clean IP. In practice the term covers ISP, residential, and mobile proxies used for releases.

Run the Next Drop on Clean IPs

Pick the pool that matches your targets, test it before the release, and keep one IP per task. The setup takes minutes.
