Clear rules make payouts predictable. Here is exactly how commission is calculated and where it does not apply.
Up to $50 per order
Commission on any single order is capped at $50. This applies per transaction, on both new purchases and renewals.
Up to $1,000 per customer
Total commission from any single referred customer is capped at $1,000 across all of their orders and renewals combined.
Discount codes
On residential and mobile orders, a discount code above 10% means no commission. On datacenter, IPv6, and ISP orders, any discount code means no commission.
Unlimited Residential excluded
Unlimited Residential plans do not earn affiliate commission.
New customers only
Commission is earned on new customers who register through your link. Someone who already had an account before clicking your link is not attributed.
Purchases, not deposits
Commission is earned when a referred customer buys or renews a plan, not when they add balance to their account.
